Safety Regulations & Standards
For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate cusomters who fall into the following categories to this attraction:
- Persons wearing medical equipment or using medical aids(e.g. pacemakers, wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)
- Persons with serious mental or physical disabilities or illnesses.
- Persons who have difficulty walking unaccompanied.
- Persons of primary school age or younger (even if accompanied by a parent or guardian).
- Persons who are not in perfect physical condition.
- Persons who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
- Persons who are uncomfortable in extremely dark and confined spaces.
- Persons who are under the influence of alcohol
- Persons who bring in objects that obstruct the performance and/or hazardous materials
- Those who have difficulty communicating in Japanese.
- Persons whose participation is otherwise deemed by the staff to be difficult (e.g. persons who do not listen to the staff's instructions, behave in a way that disturbs other guests, etc.).
Please confirm the following before participating:
- No refunds will be made if you leave the attraction for your own reasons.
- Please be aware that there will be blood and other discomforting expressions.
- In the event of violence or other similar problems, you will be immediately removed from the venue and the police will be notified.
- Please walk, do not run.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited.
- Mobile phones smartphones must be turned to silent mode.
- Photography is permitted, but please be considerate of other people's wishes to not be filmed.
- Please do not post spoilers on social networking sites.
