BOOTVERSE Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereafter "the Terms") apply to the indoor sports and obstacle course facility TAITO STADIUM (hereafter "the Facility") operated by Taito Corporation (hereafter "the Company"). In order for all users (hereafter "the Customer") to be able to enjoy the Facility safely, the Customer is requested to carefully read and abide by the Terms.
The Facility is an indoor sports and obstacle course facility. Failure to adhere to safety measures may result in serious accidents or injuries. Please read the Terms carefully before use.
Article 1 (Scope of the Terms)
- The Terms will apply to all dealings between the Customer and the Company conducted in the course of the Customer's use of the Facility.
- The Customer may use the Facility upon agreeing to the Terms.
- The Company may alter the Terms at any time without prior notice to the Customer. As a general rule, in the event that the Terms are altered, the Company will make an announcement to this effect on the official TAITO STADIUM website or through other channels it deems appropriate. Please confirm that you have read the latest version of the Terms. Furthermore, in the event that the Terms are altered, the new Terms will become effective upon their announcement to the Customer by the Company.
Article 2 (Agreement)
- The Customer agrees to abide by the Terms during their use of the Facility.
- If the Customer may be reasonably deemed by the Company to fall under any of the criteria listed below, the
Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the Facility at its own discretion. Furthermore, in such
circumstances, the Company shall not be obliged to provide refunds or to divulge the reasons for refusal of
entry. This shall apply even in the event of discovery after the Customer has already entered the
Facility.
- Customers who have provided false information.
- Customers who have violated the Terms in the past.
- Minors or other persons with limited legal capacity who do not have the consent of their guardian or other legal representative.
- Customers who are deemed to be members or associates of organized crime groups, corporate or political racketeers, members of intellectual crime groups, customers who are equivalent thereto (hereafter "Anti-Social Forces") or who are deemed by the Company to be otherwise interacting with or involved in Anti-Social Forces.
- Any other customers whose use of the Facility is deemed by the Company to be inappropriate.
- Regardless of decisions based on the preceding criteria, the Company shall provide reimbursement only in the case of the Customer falling under Section 2, Paragraph 3 of this article.
- The Customer agrees that the Company may, at its own discretion, gather the Customer's personal information.

Article 3 (Wearing of Armbands)
- Upon entry to the Facility, the Customer should wear the armband-style entry ticket they are provided with.
Furthermore, the Customer should be aware of the following points.
- The Customer will be considered to have agreed to the Terms either upon signing the consent form or donning their armband, whichever occurs first.
- Armbands are valid at the Facility only on the specified date of use. They cannot be used to enter the Facility on any other date.
- Armbands must be worn at all times while using the amusement equipment inside the Facility. Staff may issue reminders to any customers found not wearing an armband.
- Armbands should not be given to or accepted from other persons.
- As a general rule, armbands will not be reissued.
Article 4 (Eligibility for Use of the Facility)
- The Company shall grant the right to use the Facility to the Customer provided they acknowledge and abide by
the following conditions.
- The Customer shall abide by the Terms, cautions, and all other rules.
- Persons belonging to Anti-Social Forces are strictly forbidden from entering or using the Facility.
- Some amusement equipment may cause physical or emotional strain. Please take note of this in advance.
- The Customer should thoroughly read all cautions and rules regarding the amusement equipment before use.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted inside the Facility.
- The Customer should not visit the Facility after drinking alcohol or while intoxicated.
- During busy periods, the Facility may impose limits on entry or use of amusement equipment without prior warning.
- Refunds will not be provided in the event that the Customer chooses to terminate their use of the Facility prematurely.
- Consumption of food and beverages is permitted only within designated areas of the Facility.
- Waste should be disposed of in the garbage cans located inside the Facility. It is not permitted to bring household waste to the Facility.
- As a general rule, the Customer assumes sole responsibility for their personal belongings. Consequently, there are storage lockers within the Facility provided free of charge.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any valuables belonging to the Customer (including the loss, theft, breakage or damage thereof). The Customer should keep any luggage or other personal items on their person or store them in a locker at their own risk.
- Pets may not be brought into the Facility. (Guide dogs or other service dogs are permitted.)
- Any instructions from the Facility's staff should be promptly followed by the Customer.
- In the event of a violation of any of the preceding items, or in the event of any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers or the Facility, or in the event that the Company deems it appropriate to terminate the Customer's use of the Facility, the Company may immediately revoke the Customer's eligibility and refuse further use of the Facility. Furthermore, in such circumstances, the Company will not provide refunds for any fees or other expenses incurred.
- Customers who fall under any of the criteria below may not use any of the amusement equipment at the
Facility. Regardless of these conditions, the Company shall bear no responsibility in the event of any
unforeseen injury or accident occurring due to the Customer's use of the amusement equipment.
- Customers who are pregnant. (Entry as a guardian or chaperone is permitted.)
- Customers who have been instructed by a medical professional to refrain from exercise or those whose use of the amusement equipment may cause adverse effects due to ongoing treatment of illness or other conditions.
- Customers who are otherwise in poor physical condition or who may reasonably be deemed at risk by the Company from a health and safety standpoint.
Article 5 (Rules and Restrictions of Use)
- Entry to the Facility by minors shall be governed by the rules of the relevant local authority.
- In order to ensure safety for all customers, the Company shall enforce the following restrictions on usage
of the Facility.
Plan Type Eligibility General Any customers to whom the categories below do not apply. Student Customers ranging from middle school to university students. Elementary Student Elementary school students. - In order to ensure their safety, the Customer must abide by the following rules and precautions when using
the amusement equipment.
- The Customer must wear a harness and/or helmet while using amusement equipment where required, without exception.
- In order to ensure the safety of the Customer, harnesses and other safety equipment will be put on and removed by the Facility's staff. The Customer should notify staff if they need to put on or remove harnesses or other safety equipment during play.
- The Customer is not permitted to use the amusement equipment while wearing sandals, high-heeled shoes, Crocs, or similar footwear. The Customer should wear sneakers or other footwear suitable for exercise.
- The Customer should not under any circumstances use the amusement equipment after drinking alcohol or while intoxicated, as it is extremely dangerous.
- The Customer should not under any circumstances climb on or hang from areas other than the amusement equipment, as it is extremely dangerous.
- In order to prevent unforeseen injuries or accidents, the Customer should wear clothes that are easy to move around in. In addition, the Customer should remove all accessories, including watches and piercings, before using the amusement equipment.
- If the Customer has long fingernails or artificial nails, they are at risk of unforeseen injury and are therefore not permitted to use the amusement equipment.
- The Customer should refrain from using the amusement equipment in a violent manner, as it poses a danger to both them and other customers.
- The Customer should refrain from using the Facility if they are feeling unwell. In the event that the Customer becomes unwell during use of the Facility, they should immediately stop using the amusement equipment.
- In the event that the Customer sustains an injury while inside the Facility, they should inform staff immediately.
- The Customer should not under any circumstances operate smartphones or cameras while using the amusement equipment, as it is extremely dangerous.
- The Customer should refrain from attempting any reckless behavior that exceeds their physical capabilities.
- Detailed rules and cautions for each type of amusement equipment are displayed at the entrance to their respective areas. The Customer should read these thoroughly before use.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
- The following conduct is prohibited during use of the Facility.
- Conduct that violates the Terms or other rules and restrictions.
- Conduct which violates the rule of law or public order and morals.
- Conduct which disturbs or inconveniences third parties.
- Conducting any commercial activities within the Facility. (Excluding those expressly permitted by the Company in advance.)
- Conduct that infringes or may infringe upon intellectual property rights, such as patent rights, design rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, or copyrights of the Company or a third party.
- Conduct that obstructs or may obstruct services provided by the Company.
- Conduct enticing or encouraging other persons into acts of suicide or drug abuse.
- Conduct related to anti-social activities.
- The impersonation of other persons for malicious purposes.
- Conduct undertaken with the intention of meeting or seeking relations with unacquainted persons of the opposite sex.
- Leaving children unsupervised for extended periods of time or failing to adequately supervise children.
- Conduct equivalent to any of the preceding items.
- Other conduct deemed by the Company to be inappropriate.
Article 7 (Disclaimers)
- In the event that the Company, another customer, or a third party suffers damages as a result of the Customer's violation of the Terms, the Company may demand financial compensation from the Customer for said damages (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees).
- The Company shall not be held liable for any compensation for injuries or accidents that may occur during the Customer's use of the Facility, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. Any injuries or accidents caused by conduct between customers shall be the sole responsibility of those customers and they shall be liable for any expenses incurred by such.
Article 8 (Prohibition of Transfer)
- The Customer shall not transfer, lend, or offer as collateral their rights, obligations, or status as a user of the Facility to any third party.
Article 9 (Closure of the Facility)
- The Company may, at its own discretion, choose to temporarily or permanently close the Facility. In the event of such closures, the Company shall not be obligated to compensate the Customer or any third parties.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Terms shall be enacted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and the parties to it agree that the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute concerning the use of the Facility or the Terms, depending on the amount of the claim or the nature of the dispute.
