Notice of firmware update(2024)
On Friday, August 23, 2024, we started distributing update 【v2.0.0-1】 for Egret II Mini main unit.
Notice regarding "Arcade Memories VOL.3"
From "Arcade Memories VOL.3" and onwards, update of EgretⅡmini main unit is neccessary for the improvement of security function.
Please note before you purchase that main unit version should be【v2.0.0-1】or newer to activate the SD card.
To update EgretⅡmini, please prepare SDHC card.
*SDHC card is not included in the package.

About improvements
- Now supporting SD Card of "Arcade Memories VOL.3".
- Now supporting "Intelligent Controller Cyber Stick"【Limited color】（Model Number:XE1AJ-USB-DP)
Bug fixes
- Fixed the problem where data of "Arcade Memories VOL.1" and "Arcade Memories VOL.2" were showed in a mixed manner in the "Favorite" function.
- Updated the music of "Rainbow Islands Extra" ROUND 9 to 12 and ROUND 17 to 36 to be more reminiscent of the original version.
- Fixed the name of the circuitry board for "Syvalion" and "Raimais".
*To display "Syvalion", "Puddle & Trackball controller" should be connected to the main unit. The controller is in the "Puddle & Controller expansion package".

About improvements
- Now supporting "Intelligent Controller Cyberstick" model: XE1AJ-USB. (Operation Wolf/Night Striker only)
- You can adjust the main unit volume during pause in gameplay, by operating the lever left and right while pressing the C button (* Not supported when playing "ARCADE MEMORIES VOL.1" and "Paddle & Trackball Game" with SD card)
- You can switch to demo mode by pressing the (C button) on the game select screen
Bug fixes
- Fixed the "Kyukyoku Tiger" BOSS' shot trajectory in Stage 2 and Stage 8.
- Fixed the continuous fire (D/E button) muzzle velocity reaction for "The Legend of Kage", "The NewZealand Story" and "Tatsujin".
- Fixed the typographical errors in the description of "Pirate Pete", "Elevator Action", "RayForce", and "Puzzle Bobble 2X".
- Fixed the license notation for "Kyukyoku Tiger" and "Tatsujin".
- Fixed the partial mistake on "chronological" order of title select.

Update contents
About improvements
- ・All 50 titles have been reviewed.
- "Arkanoid" and "Arkanoid Revenge of DOH" have reviewed including the operation.
Display adjustment
- The game screen of all titles was displayed at the resolution of each original board, but the display method is changed to the aspect ratio of 4:3.
- The display method for the HDMI output has been changed to display the game screen with an aspect ratio of 4:3.
- Lowered the wallpaper resolution.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug in the clear bonus of "Qix".
- Fixed the color loss of the character "Rodomie" in "The Fairyland Story".
- Fixed a bug that the comet in "Halley's Comet" was not redrawn.
- Fixed a bug where the bomber image on the 2P side was distorted in "Kyukyoku Tiger".
- Fixed the background color of the score ranking screen of "Tatsujin".
- Fixed the broken image of the audience in the bonus stage of "Violence Fight".
- Fixed to display shadows of buildings in AREA 4 of "Rayforce".
- Adjusted the BGM when clearing all of "Cameltry".
Specification change
- (Those who have a paddle & trackball game expansion set)
Changed so that 50 titles are displayed in the top menu when the paddle controller is connected.* If you insert the SD card of "Paddle & Trackball Game" after the update, 10 titles will start with the contents before the update.
If you play in this state, there is a risk that the save data will be inconsistent, so please do not insert the SD card after the update, and connect only the "paddle & trackball controller" to the main unit.
"Please play." - Adjusted the internal values of the paddle adjustment in the game settings of the three titles "Arkanoid", "Arkanoid Revenge of DOH" and "Plump Pop".
*If you use old save data without initializing it, it will be used with the old values, so please be sure to initialize it before playing.
