Game Modes
STORY MODE
In this mode, players complete the stages to follow the story.
Thsi is done by firing bubbles to create and remove groups of 3 or more of the same colour bubble and using various items and gimmicks.
Play alone, or with up to 4 friends in a series-first feature: co-op play.
Unlock EX stages, character costumes and the like when you finish an area by fulfilling certain conditions.
EX stages alow you to play more challlenging, puzzle-packed stages.

Baron's Tower※
In Baron's Tower, which appears in Story Mode, players can enjoy so-called a survival mode in which they must erase a constant stream of bubbles.
This can be played by one to four players, competing for high scores with other players around in the online rankings.
The rankings are split into three difficulty levels and by number of players.
VS MODE LOCAL PLAY
This is a mode in which players can play against the computer or other players.
Players can send bubbles to their opponent's side by sticking three or more bubbles of the same color to each other and gradually erasing the approaching bubbles, or by erasing or dropping off a large number of bubbles at once.
In addition to 1 vs 1 competition, players can also enjoy 2 vs 2 cooperative matches; a series first! In which teams of two players can play together.

VS MODE ONLINE PLAY
This mode allows you to play online against players from all over the world.
Ratings and classes go up and down depending on whether you win or lose.
Improve your skills and aim for a higher class!
You can also play together with your friends by using the Password Matching function, which allows players who have set the same password to play against each other.
PUZZLE BOBBLE VS SPACE INVADERS
To celebrate Space Invaders' 45th anniversary, we're announcing a new game featuring a collaboration between Space Invaders and Puzzle Bobble.
In this mode, players try to erase the bubble-encapsulated invaders by sticking three or more bubbles of the same color together.
Bubbles can only be fired straight up, so players move their characters left and right to aim and defeat the incoming invaders while dodging their attacks.
Up to four players can play cooperatively.

Here you can check the characters and costumes unlocked in Story Mode and learn more about them via their profiles. You can also collect and listen to music from the stages.
